1. General Terms

These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern all purchases made through arrottigroup.com, operated by Arrotti Group LLC, located in Orlando, Florida.

2. Products and Pricing

• •All products sold on arrottigroup.com are aftermarket collision parts. They are not OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• •All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
• •Applicable shipping charges, taxes, and fees are calculated at checkout and added to the total order amount.
• •While we make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate, errors may occur. Arrotti Group LLC reserves the right to correct any errors and to cancel or refuse orders placed at incorrect prices.
• •Product availability is not guaranteed. Items may be discontinued or temporarily out of stock without notice.

3. Orders and Payment

• •All orders are subject to acceptance by Arrotti Group LLC. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
• •Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed and shipped the same day.
• •Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
• •Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods available at checkout.
• •You may cancel an order at any time before it has been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our return process.
• •An order confirmation email will be sent upon successful placement of your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance; acceptance occurs only upon shipment of the product.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• •Arrotti Group LLC ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
• •Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or authorized regional carriers based on package size and delivery destination.
• •Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after processing. Expedited options may be available at checkout.
• •Hoods and Fenders are not shipped via UPS or FedEx due to their size. These items are available for:

• ˆFree local delivery within main areas of Orlando, FL
• ˆWarehouse pickup at no additional cost

• •Delivery dates are estimates only. Arrotti Group LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• •Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Arrotti Group LLC is not liable for packages after they have been delivered by the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

• •Returns are accepted within 20 days from the date of delivery, provided the item is in its original, unused, and uninstalled condition with all original packaging.
• •All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be obtained by contacting our Customer Service Team before shipping the item back.
• •The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the shipping box. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
• •The following items are not eligible for return:

• ˆElectrical components (lights, sensors, motors, etc.)
• ˆParts that have been installed, modified, or altered in any way
• ˆSpecial orders or custom-ordered products
• ˆItems returned without the Arrotti Group LLC label intact

• •Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a shipping error or defective product.
• •Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

6. Warranty

• •Certain products may be covered by a manufacturer's warranty. In such cases, the manufacturer's warranty is the exclusive remedy for product defects.
• •For products not covered by a manufacturer's warranty, Arrotti Group LLC provides a 60-day limited warranty from the date of delivery, covering defects in materials and workmanship.
• •Warranty claims require an RMA number, original sales invoice, and the Arrotti Group LLC label intact on the product.
• •The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, abuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or environmental exposure.
• •Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

7. Limitation of Liability

• •To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arrotti Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your purchase or use of any product.
• •This includes, but is not limited to, damages for personal injury, property damage, loss of use of a vehicle, towing charges, rental car costs, lost time, or any other losses.
• •In no event shall Arrotti Group LLC's total liability exceed the original purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.
• •Arrotti Group LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, beyond those explicitly stated in these Terms and our Warranty Policy, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• •Labour costs for installation, removal, or diagnostics are not covered under any circumstances.

8. Intellectual Property

• •All content on arrottigroup.com, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, product descriptions, and software, is the property of Arrotti Group LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
• •You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content on this website without prior written consent from Arrotti Group LLC.
• •All trademarks, service marks, and trade names used on this website are the property of their respective owners. Vehicle make and model names referenced on this website are used solely for product identification purposes and do not imply endorsement by or affiliation with the vehicle manufacturer.

9. Governing Law
