Arrotti Group Shipping & Delivery Information
1. Shipping Methods and Carriers
- •Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or authorized regional carriers based on delivery address and package size.
- •Standard shipping is available to all 50 U.S. states.
- •Expedited shipping options (2-Day, Overnight) may be available at checkout for an additional charge.
2. Processing Times
- •Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed the same day.
- •Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
- •Processing time does not include weekends or observed holidays.
3. Delivery Estimates
- •Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing.
- •2-Day Shipping: 2 business days after processing.
- •Overnight Shipping: 1 business day after processing.
Note: Delivery dates are estimates. Arrotti Group LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Hoods, Fenders, Quarter Panels, Doors, Pick-up Bedsides, Trunk Lids, etc. (Large Sized Items)
- •Hoods, Fenders, Quarter Panels, Doors, Pick-up Bedsides, Trunk Lids, and other large sized items are not shipped via UPS or FedEx due to size.
- •These items are available for:
- ◦Free local delivery within main areas of Orlando, FL
- ◦Warehouse pickup at no additional cost
- •If you're located outside our delivery zone, please contact our Customer Service Team for a freight quote.
5. Order Tracking
- •Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- •You can track your order on the carrier's website or log in to your account at arrottigroup.com.
6. Address Accuracy
- •Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order.
- •Arrotti Group is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- •If you need to make changes to a shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible once the order has shipped.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
- •Arrotti Group is not responsible for packages marked "Delivered" by the carrier.
- •If your package is lost or stolen after delivery, you must file a claim directly with the carrier.
- •We recommend using secure delivery options (e.g., signature required) for high-value orders.
8. International Shipping
- •At this time, Arrotti Group only ships to addresses within the United States.
- •We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
9. Shipping Charges
- •Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method, package weight, and delivery destination.
- •Free shipping promotions, when available, apply only to standard shipping within the continental U.S.
