No. Arrotti Group LLC does not ship to P.O. Boxes, mailboxes, or APO/FPO addresses. Orders placed using these addresses may be delayed or canceled.
Hoods and fenders are not shipped via courier or UPS. For these items, we offer: Free delivery within main zones of Orlando, FL. Personal pick-up at our Orlando warehouse (by appointment). Customers outside the Orlando area must arrange direct pick-up or their own freight service.
Most orders are processed within 24–48 hours. Small and medium-sized parts are typically delivered within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Yes, expedited shipping is available for most small and medium parts at an additional cost. Orders must be placed before 1:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday. Expedited shipping is not available for performance or accessory parts, and fees are nonrefundable.
Customers must contact Customer Service immediately by phone or email. Claims for missing or incorrect items must be reported within 15 business days of delivery.
Some products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty, which serves as the exclusive remedy. Products not covered by a manufacturer's warranty are protected by a 60-day limited warranty provided by Arrotti Group LLC.
Return requests must be submitted within 20 calendar days from the date of purchase. If the item is defective or incorrectly labeled, the return process must begin within 7 calendar days of receiving the product.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect or an error by Arrotti Group LLC. In eligible cases, a prepaid return label may be provided.
